Spinner/Spreaders are installed inside the burner inner barrel to improve the mixing of the fuel and air to improve combustion.  These components are typically fabricated from 253MA stainless steel to hold up to the extreme temperatures at the burner.  The Spinners can be designed with a variety of spin angle, however the typical angles are 15° and 30°. The Spinner/Spreaders are easily manufactured at our fabrication facility, and we can manufacture each spinner/spreader to meet your desired specifications.
